The contest will be held starting at 6:00 PM
Friday, September 22, 2006, on the banks of the Ohio River, in historic
Downtown Newburgh, Indiana, and will continue on Saturday, September
23, starting at 10:00 AM (Registration begins at 9:30 AM).
